Credit Management —> Xero

When your customer signs your terms (using a customer initiated application or one that you have sent them) they are added to Xero as a contact

Xero —> Credit Management

When you add a contact to Xero (with an email address) we will send terms of trade to them, if they are not already in Bulletproof.

Without an email – nothing happens, as we are unable to send anything without it.

Adding an email address to a contact will also trigger this process, there are 2 ways to do this:

When you send an invoice without terms, we will nag you and remind the customer automatically.

WARNING – If you start the import process but don’t complete it – reconciling payments against a customer with an email address will trigger a terms of trade being sent automatically.
